The sad reality is you don't find a lot of influential folks in Washington D.C. who aren't driven by tremendous egotism, desire for wealth, or lust for power. Elizabeth Warren strikes me as a person with genuine altruistic impulses. She is prepared to work hard on behalf of American consumers, contributing her expertise without demanding a lot in return.
